JUNIOR BEGINNERS KARATE Training sessions for Term 3!!!

We are pleased to announce we are now running Karate classes for children aged 5 to 12 years in Geelong West on Monday 4:30 - 5:15.

We are working with the Geelong West Neighbourhood House located at 89 Autumn Street, Gelong West to broaden our offering to provide Fitness and Karate classes to kids.

During these sessions we will focus on the foundations of Kyokushin Karate taught in Japanese. This will help students develop their confidence, discipline and fitness in a fun environment. Students will improve:

. Flexibility
. Strengthening exercises
. Self defence
. Kata

Our students will build a solid foundation to their karate development. Getting them to a position to grade each term and get a new colour belt.

Students need to wear a karate gi, shin pads and mits at each training session. All these items are available at our online store.
